This modern finca-style holiday home and separate guest flat are located in the dreamy east of the island with breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the neighbouring island of Formentara.
Through the main entrance you enter a typical Ibizan sala hall with high juniper wood ceilings and direct access to the breakfast and pool terrace. The dining area is also located in the entrance hall.
An open arch leads to the living room with satellite TV and access to the terrace. Right next to it is the spacious, nicely furnished kitchen with a beautiful natural wood bar that invites you to chat. The window looks out onto the sunrise (ideal for morning people).
The other side of the sala hall leads via a small hallway to the large double bedroom (1 x 1.80m x 2m) also with direct access to the terrace, 1 x double bedroom (1 x 1.80m x 2m) u a toilet with shower. The stairs lead to the first floor with an equally large double bedroom (1 x 1.8m x 2m) with fascinating sea views, 1 x double bedroom (1 x 1.80m x 2m) and a toilet with shower.
The staff service room / spacious garden studio is accessible via a separate entrance. It is located in the basement and has its own terrace, WC and satellite TV. The small kitchenette includes a coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The sofa bed offers space for a third guest.

The view from the pool terrace over the Ibizan landscape and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea offers 180° of sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The overflow pool extends the water surface to the horizon of the sea. The pool terrace has eight sun loungers and two parasols.
