Can Gertrudis is a Boutique Hotel Style Villa in the heart of the island, near Santa Gertrudis. Equipped with exclusive furniture, this family-friendly holiday home is in excellent condition.

Can Gertrudis is a perfect modern summer residence that provides incredible tranquility. The 15,000m2 plot offers 275m2 of living space. Generously sized windows let plenty of natural light into the rooms. Ibiza Town, San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eulalia are all less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

The holiday villa Can Gertrudis consists of two buildings that are connected by an inner courtyard. The main house is entered through the large lounge-style living room, which consists of two rooms. The living area has a large dining table and a sofa corner with a fireplace. In the corner of the sofa there is an LCD satellite TV with a high-quality home cinema system. The very well-equipped kitchen has a large American fridge and direct access to the patio. The main house also has two bedrooms with double beds (2 x 2m x 1.8m) and a shared bathroom with shower/toilet.

The annex, completed in 2015, has the large master bedroom with a double bed (2m x 1.8m) with en suite toilet and two bedrooms (2 x 2m x 1.8m) and a shower room.

Various chill-out terraces, Balinese beds and lounge corners are ideal for relaxing, socializing or barbecuing. On the spacious terrace with pergola there is a dining table for 10-12 people.

The extensive garden and terrace area features an exclusive pool with lighting, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor pool, two gazebos, a zen meditation garden, a playground and a full bath next to the pool.
