Vista de Golf is a perfect, modern summer residence that offers incredible tranquillity. The 5,300 m² plot offers 400 m² of living space. Generous windows let plenty of daylight into the rooms. Ibiza Town, Santa Eulalia, Santa Gertrudis and the beaches are less than 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
The house is entered through the living room, which consists of two rooms. The living area has a large dining table and a sofa corner with a fireplace. In the sofa corner there is a satellite LCD TV with a high-quality home cinema system.
The optimally equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator and direct access to the pool terrace. The house also has 3 bedrooms with double bed (2m x 1,8m) 3 bathrooms en suite. As well as a family studio with 4th + 5th bedroom and a double bed (2mx 1.8m) with en suite bathroom + 2 single beds in a separee.
Various chill-out terraces, four-poster beds and lounge corners invite you to relax, socialise or barbecue. There is a dining table for 10-14 people.
The extensive garden and terrace area features an exclusive pool with lighting, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor bath, Bali pavilions and a lawn garden.
