Villa Joya is situated on a spacious 1,400 m² plot in one of Ibiza’s most desirable residential areas. The villa’s exterior features a beautifully landscaped pond with a bridge leading to the elevated entrance. An electrically operated metal gate, which opens with a remote control, leads to the driveway and provides parking for 1 to 2 cars on the property.

Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor, plus an additional apartment with its own bathroom on the ground floor, accommodating up to 8 guests. Villa Joya is fully air-conditioned and includes underfloor heating for the winter months.

The large round pool is surrounded by a stunning Mediterranean garden with lush shrubs and palm trees. The pool area includes a dining area and a covered BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find Cala Nova with the newly opened Ayana Beach Club and the Atzaro Beach Club, as well as Cala Llenya. The lower level of the villa features a spacious living room with a fireplace, LCD TV, sound system, and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Please note that there is an additional charge of €500 per week for heating the pool during the off-season.
