Villa Can Teresita Ibiza is a very special Bohemian Chic villa with a remarkable architecture of the French star architect Nicolas Besset.

The two-story Villa Can Teresita is located in the southwest of Ibiza in the small village of Es Cubells. It is a villa of contrasts. A villa with an ingenious combination of the most diverse style elements from Asia, Ibiza and Morocco on the one hand and furnishings from well-known designers on the other. For example, antique wooden doors from Ibiza and Asia meet a modern smooth cement floor, design classics meet handmade floor cushions from Ibiza, and lots of light meets warm colors.

The entrance hall with its stunning high wooden entrance door is the link between the two two-story parts of the building: the left tower of the villa houses the living rooms, while the right tower houses the bedrooms. Two of the total three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the master suite spans the entire upper floor of the right tower. Directly above the entrance hall is a roof terrace, which can be accessed from both the gallery and sleeping areas.

The living space of the villa impresses with its open design and high spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen and dining area combine harmoniously and fluidly. The open-plan eat-in kitchen is fully equipped; the kitchen fixtures are exclusively equipped with appliances from renowned manufacturers such as SMEG, MIELE and SIEMENS. Of course, there is also a JURA coffee machine for the best coffee enjoyment. To improve the general water quality, the water is specially treated by an osmosis station.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry with a selection of other kitchen appliances as well as a washing machine. On the adjoining terrace area, which faces east, there is a cozy dining area with a high-quality BBQ grill “Weber Genesis II iGrill ready”.

The dining area itself impresses with a noble handmade wooden table from Burma and offers space for up to eight people on stylish red chairs by Philippe Starck. The living room with open fireplace, TV/SAT and Sony sound system leaves nothing to be desired. The combination of custom-made, oversized floor cushions on the gray, smooth cement floor with a modern lighting concept by designer Ingo Maurer is the villa’s special mix, which you can view from a whole new perspective from the second floor gallery.

The villa’s gallery features an oriental-style lounge with colorful, expressive floor cushions, flowing canopies, traditional rugs, accessories and Moroccan floor lamps.

From both the living room and hallway, there is access to the covered outdoor terrace with an integrated seating and dining area in Asian design. All rooms of Villa Can Teresita have central heating; air-conditioned are all bedrooms, but not the living room and the gallery.
