The beaches of S’Aigua Blanca, Playa Es Figueral, Cala Nova, and Cala Boix are just a few kilometers away. The villa features a cozy sun terrace, perfect for shared moments with family or friends. Various shaded spots around the house, as well as the spacious pool terrace with an outdoor shower, invite you to chat, relax, and sunbathe.

This two-story Sa Vinya Vella Villa, with a total area of 300 m², surprises with stunning landscape views, spacious rooms, and consistently high-quality furnishings. From the rooms on the first floor, you can see the sea in the distance.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas stove, and oven. Additionally, there are toaster, juicer, kettle, mixer, and all common kitchen utensils available.

The dining area, open to the kitchen, features a large dining table made of maple wood for 8 people. The JBL bleutooth speaker is also at your disposal here.

Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a shower room/WC and the living room with a large seating area that invites relaxation. The living room offers a flat-screen HD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, as well as a selection of DVDs, board games, and books for every taste.

The first floor houses the large master bedroom with Hästens super king-size bed (210×210) and a breathtaking view of the garden. The luxurious bathroom with bathtub, shower, and bidet offers a stunning view over the pool area and the typical vegetation of the Balearic Islands. The second bedroom/children’s room has two queen-size beds (140×200) and access to one of the two balconies. A separate shower room belongs to this bedroom. The wardrobes for both bedrooms are located in the hallway.

The apartment can be accessed through a separate entrance. The bedroom, furnished with a double bed (180×200) from Ligne Roset, and a shower room/WC are located on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a small cozy living room with access to the east terrace. It’s worth observing the sunrise from here with a cup of coffee.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure a restful sleep during the hot summer nights. In the transitional months and winter, underfloor heating provides pleasant temperatures. For cozy evenings, there is a closed fireplace available in the living area.

The living area features several double-wing glass doors that can be opened, blurring the boundary between the “inside” and the large covered terrace and pool terrace.

Various terraces around the house, as well as the pool terrace, are surrounded by a well-maintained garden with diverse Mediterranean plants. A particularly pleasant place to relax is the shaded terrace with under the large pine tree.

In the pre-season, post-season, and winter, the house can be heated with central underfloor heating.

The sea, San Carlos, and Santa Eulalia are only a 5-8 minute drive away. The stunning coves of S’Aigua Blanca, Playa Es Figueral, Cala Boix, and Cala Nova are also within a few minutes’ drive.
