A splendid villa 10 people , offering complete privacy and situated right by the sea on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia. It’s just a 15-minute walk from the town center, providing direct access to the seafront.

This property consists of 3 separate buildings, totaling 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It features a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely spacious living area, all surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens. The typical Ibiza architecture is combined with Moroccan elements, making it a truly charming estate.

The entire property is completely private. All bedrooms and living rooms are fully air-conditioned. There are 3 televisions and free Wi-Fi internet. This fabulous property can accommodate 10 to 16 people.

The extensive out-door area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large swimming pool with diving-board, barbecue, fish pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax.

A highlight is the unique and magnificent domed ceiling Moroccan style pool house with music system and bathroom facilities – perfect for private parties. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun or to have an evening drink from the built in fridge.

Through the garden gate is the coastal path with steps down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5 minute walk along the coast and offer a choice of bars and restaurants.

The villa is also an ideal location for events, weddings, yoga retreats and business meetings or seminars due to the layout and the independent entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.

Swimming pool and garden area:
A large pool 16m x 5m is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with numerous sun beds and parasols. The pretty Bali House is connected to the pool by way of a bridge. A covered area with table tennis and table football is situated next to the Moroccan pool house. The gardens include palm trees, fruit trees and a large grass lawn which is ideal for activities with colorful flowers and cactus plants. A large Argentinian style BBQ is situated alongside the main terrace.

The main house has open-plan living area, dining room and TV lounge areas with a fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area. There are 5 bedrooms located in the main house:

Bedroom 1:
First floor, master bedroom, kingsize bed 1.80m x 2m, TV, large En suite bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. This bedroom has direct access to a large terrace with impressive garden and sea views.

Bedroom 2:
First floor, kingsize bed 1.80m x 2m, extra bathroom with walk in shower. This room also has a private terrace

Bedroom 3:
Ground floor, double bed 1.50m x 2m, En suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Direct access to main entrance & courtyard

Bedroom 4:
Ground floor, kingsize bed 2m x 2m, large En suite bathroom with walk-in shower

Bedroom 5 “The Italian Room”:
with its own entrance on the ground floor, double size bed 1.60m x 2m, En suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet

2. Annex Casa La Fourmi:
La Fourmi is a separate building featuring a living room, TV, kitchen, outdoor terrace. The premises will be securely locked throughout the duration of your stay and will “not” be rented to other guests!

The Pool House is a large living area and chill out space. It incorporates a music system, fridge, bathroom facilities and one adjoining bedroom.
