In the lower part of the property, you’ll find an independent apartment with a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a workspace, a TV, a refrigerator, a private terrace, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Access to the main floor is convenient via an elevator or stairs, where a spacious, elegantly furnished living room with a dining table and sofa awaits you. Relax in front of the smart TV and indulge in your favorite shows or Netflix.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen impresses with an American fridge and a coffee machine. On the terrace, you’ll find a dining table for 8 people, an illuminated pool with lounging areas, a chill-out corner, and a small fitness area with yoga mats. Next to the dining table is a gas grill for cozy outdoor barbecue evenings. Enjoy delicious grilled dishes and unwind in the splendid atmosphere of our terrace. An outdoor shower and a toilet add to the convenience.
The entire house is air-conditioned and has underfloor heating.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom awaits you with a double bed, a spacious whirlpool bathtub, two sinks, a shower, and a toilet. From the adjoining balcony, experience an unparalleled view of the sea, the old town of Eivissa, and the neighboring island of Formentera. The master bedroom also features a generous walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, along with a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub, are also on this floor. The fourth bedroom on this floor has its own bathroom, a double bed, a workspace, and a balcony. Most rooms, including the kitchen, are equipped with TVs.
As our villa is only occasionally rented to holiday guests, every detail is meticulously maintained, and the furnishings meet the highest standards. Upon request, laundry services and interim cleanings can be provided during your stay.
