La Lunita – Modern villa with pool 300 meters from the beach
This wonderful self-catering holiday villa is located in an exclusive residential area in Siesta next to Santa Eulalia, just 200 meters from the beach and surrounded by detached holiday houses. The house spans two floors and offers plenty of space, privacy, and tranquility for up to six people on a nearly 850 m² plot with a garden. You will quickly feel at home here.
La Lunita features a living-dining lounge with an open kitchen on the ground floor, fully equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. Adjacent is the spacious living and dining area with a covered terrace and lounge. Thanks to the large windows and its sunny orientation, the house is very bright and filled with natural light. Everything you need for daily life is provided. The generously sized rooms and a roof terrace with sea views also offer privacy for all guests.
On the upper floor, you’ll find one of the three cozy bedrooms and one of the two high-quality bathrooms. The other two bedrooms, which are also generously sized, and the second bathroom are located on the lower level of the villa. The house is lovingly and modernly furnished, not only functional and complete but also individual and with a welcoming atmosphere.
On the ground floor, there is access to the covered terrace with an outdoor grill and a comfortable dining area, as well as to the pool and garden. A large table with eight chairs provides space for social gatherings. The private pool is 8×4 meters in size and equipped with pool loungers, a lounge bed, and two umbrellas. Here, you can perfectly escape everyday life and enjoy a wonderful time with family and/or friends.
In the basement, accessible via a separate entrance, there is an residential apartment for two people. This apartment features a private terrace, a WC, and SAT-TV. The small coffee kitchenette includes a coffee machine, a toaster, and a refrigerator. The sofa bed provides space for an additional guest. The holiday villa has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Due to legal reasons, the holiday villa is only offered for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms and a separate apartment for staff can accommodate a total of six guests and two or three household staff.
