Just a few minutes’ drive from the bustling city center of Ibiza! This contemporary and spacious holiday residence of approximately 80 m² is situated in the well-maintained urbanization Can Basso near Jesus.

The holiday residence is on the first floor and comprises a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen with a dining area. Upon request, an additional bed can be provided in the bedroom. The approximately 80 m² terrace is partially covered and offers a picturesque view of the old town of Ibiza, Dalt Vila, which is particularly impressive at night. The terrace is furnished with a cozy lounge area, two sun loungers, and a breakfast table.

The expansive pool terrace surrounds the 9x5m pool. A sunshade provides shade for relaxed siestas by the pool. A shower room is also available at the pool. The Mediterranean garden extends across the entire 2000 m² property, which is completely fenced. Parking is available on the premises and can be accessed through an electric gate.

On the ground floor, there are some private rooms belonging to the owner’s family, which are locked. However, the holiday residence is only rented when the family is absent, allowing our guests to have exclusive access to all terraces, the entire garden and the pool area. So this means all available dates in the our calendar open for guests.

The charming village of Jesus, with a supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, etc., is within easy walking distance. The “famous” Bon Lloc restaurant, known for its tapas and lunch menus, is also located in Jesus.

The nearest beach, Talamanca, is only 3 km away and offers a variety of dining options. Talamanca is adjacent to the Botafoc marina, from where you can take a taxi boat directly to the old town.

The holiday residence is also ideal for golf enthusiasts, with the Roca Llisa golf course approximately a 10-minute drive away.
