This spacious holiday villa for 6 people is situated in a unique position on Cala Llenya beach on the east coast of Ibiza. Just about 100 meters separate it from the sea, and the sandy beach extends right in front of the pool terrace. The Mediterranean property covers 1,000m², is completely fenced, and adorned with palm trees and native plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. A cozy barbecue area by the house invites to social grill evenings with family or friends. Two house terraces and the spacious pool terrace offer space for chatting, relaxing, and sunbathing.

The living space of Casa Playa is 140m² over two floors. You enter the house on the upper floor, directly into a bright, comfortably furnished living space with satellite TV and access to the 50m² breakfast terrace with a fantastic sea view. The living space is connected to the dining room, which is linked to the open kitchen through a counter. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. On the upper floor, there is also a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access, as well as a guest toilet. On the lower floor, there is another double bedroom with a shower room and a separate studio with a small living area with a sofa bed, and an adjacent bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room. The lower floor also has a generous 50m² terrace with a sunshade and a covered barbecue area. From here, you can access the pool terrace with an outdoor shower and picnic area. A garden gate leads directly to the beach.

All bedrooms as well as the living and dining area are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a relaxing stay and restful sleep even in the height of summer. In the transitional months and winter, the inverter air conditioning systems maintain pleasant temperatures. A washing machine and ironing facilities are available in the utility room.

At Cala Llenya beach, there is a gastronomy kiosk. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Cala Nova beach with various restaurants to suit every taste. During the season, a small supermarket nearby opens for basic supplies. Additional shopping opportunities, pubs, and boutiques can be found in the hippie village of San Carlos.
