This comfortable, detached Ibiza villa for 6 people is in a unique location on the beach of Cala Llenya, on Ibiza’s east coast. The sea is only about 100m away and the sandy beach is directly in front of the pool terrace. The Mediterranean garden is completely fenced and has a total area of 1,000m2. There are palm trees and many native plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. A cozy BBQ corner is available for sociable barbecue evenings with family or friends. Two terraced houses with a spacious pool terrace offer space for chatting, relaxing, tanning.
Casa Playa has approx 140m2 of living space on two floors. You enter the house on the top floor and walk straight into a bright, comfortably furnished living room with SAT-TV, fireplace and direct access to the 50m2 breakfast terrace with fantastic sea views. The living room is connected to the dining room, which is linked to the kitchen by a bar. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite toilet and direct access to the terrace, as well as a guest toilet. On the lower floor there is another bedroom with double bed and toilet and a separate studio with a small living room with bedroom and an adjoining bedroom with two single beds and its own toilet. The lower floor also has access to a spacious 50 m² terrace with awning and covered barbecue area. From here you have access to the pool terrace, outdoor pool and picnic area. The garden gate leads directly to the beach.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning, which makes for a pleasant night’s sleep in the height of summer. In the colder months and in winter, a gas central heating system provides comfortable feel-good temperatures. The open fireplace in the living room ensures cozy nights. The washing machine and iron are in the storage room.
