The Dragon Residence Villa is nestled in one of the Mediterranean’s most stunning regions, blending modern design with cozy privacy. With four elegantly furnished bedrooms, a private pool, and a sun-filled garden, it offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features partial underfloor heating and regular heating. For your entertainment, there’s a TV, sound system, and Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. A well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a BBQ area are also available.

The four bedrooms accommodate four adults and four children (or six adults and 2 children + a baby). All bedrooms have double beds (2 beds measuring 2m x 2m and 2 beds measuring 1.8m x 2m). Large windows (with shutters in the bedrooms) and glass doors allow plenty of Mediterranean light to flood in and open onto terraces with comfortable seating areas.

Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth has a separate bathroom. The private pool, surrounded by daybeds and sun loungers, is perfect for soaking up the sun. The garden includes shaded seating areas and children’s play equipment.

The villa offers 270 square meters of living space, combining modern architecture with traditional Ibizan stone walls and Asian artwork. There are several dining areas and a cozy living room with a large sofa and TV.
