With 130 m² of bright, sunlit living space, thanks to its large windows, this villa offers tranquility and comfort in equal measure. Its prime location means you’re just a 10-minute drive from Ibiza Town, San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis, and Santa Eulalia, making it the perfect base to explore the island.

Stylish Layout and Modern Comforts
The villa comprises two separate buildings connected by a central courtyard. Enter the main house to find a spacious, open-plan lounge area featuring two interconnected spaces: a dining area with a large table and a cozy sofa corner with a fireplace. For entertainment, there’s an LCD satellite TV and a state-of-the-art home cinema system. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen boasts a large American-style fridge and direct access to the patio, ideal for al fresco dining. The main house also includes two double bedrooms (each with beds measuring 2m x 1.8m) and a shared bathroom with a shower and WC.

The secondary building, constructed in 2015, remains closed and is not available for use.
