This traditional finca is located on the historic estate of Can Francesc, a place where Ibicenco culture, agriculture and long-standing traditions have been preserved for generations. Lovingly renovated to modern standards, the house combines the authentic charm of the Ibicenco style with contemporary comfort. Thanks to the pleasant sea breeze and its thick stone walls, the interior remains cool throughout the day. The finca offers a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is the largest room and features an en-suite bathroom, while the three additional bedrooms each come with two single beds and share the remaining two bathrooms.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large courtyard, a beautiful swimming pool that can be equipped with a child-safety fence on request, and a small garden. After a short introduction to the safety guidelines, guests may also access selected areas of the wider estate, including vegetable gardens, orchards and animal paddocks, offering an authentic insight into rural Ibiza. The nearest beach is just a one-minute walk from the house, and several other beaches are reachable within a five- to ten-minute drive. Due to the rural location, a rental car is recommended as public transport is very limited.

The entire finca and all private outdoor areas are set within a fenced section of the property and are exclusively for you and your group; no one will enter the house, gardens, courtyards or pool area without your permission. A neighbouring house is separately fenced and positioned to ensure full privacy for both properties, allowing you to enjoy complete tranquillity and relaxation surrounded by nature.
