Ca’ Nablaya – An oasis of calm – Finca near Santa Gertrudis / Ibiza – 12 Sleeps
Ca’ Nablaya is campo cool defined with total privacy. No road can be heard from the house and no other house can be seen. If a tranquil rural family & friends house is what you are searching for then look no further.
Ca’ Nablaya is a beautiful large finca hidden in the countryside in total privacy and within a short drive of the charming village of Santa Gertrudis. The house is 300 years old and sits on three hectares of gently undulating farm land with rich red soil filled with fruit trees. Ca´ Nablaya has six bedrooms (three doubles and three twins) a large pool and great inside and outside living space that make it an oasis of rustic calm. The house has been lovingly renovated in a traditional style without compromising on modern requirements (AC in the bedrooms, wifi internet throughout, alarm etc). As ever in Ibiza you are not far from the action. Ibiza town and marinas are only 20 minutes´ drive and the airport is only 28 minutes. Benirras beach is only 15 minutes to the north, and, to the south, Talamanca beach is only 20 minutes and Salinas beach 30 minutes. Santa Gertrudis, the local village, boasts a large number of fantastic cafes and restaurants from local to chic and has various boutique shops, supermarkets and newsagents.
Ca´ Nablaya sleeps up to 12 in six good sized bedrooms. The main house has four bedrooms all with their own bathrooms (two twins and two doubles) and the annex has two bedrooms (one twin en-suite and one double with its own bathroom). All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The annex has a lovely kitchen and small living room but the main living areas are in the main house with a large kitchen dining area and a wide central living room which leads directly to the main outside terrace. Of course, summer in Ibiza is largely lived outside. The outside terrace and dining table are beautiful and there is a separate covered BBQ eating area by the pool. After a long lunch you can relax in the 12m x 5m pool or soak up the sun on the loungers and Bali bed. Unlike the vast majority of houses in Ibiza the experience doesn’t stop with the house and terraces. Take a morning stroll through the surrounding ´´campo´´ to see a truly beautiful side of the island with an abundance of lemon, orange, fig and olive trees.
